Real issues
Transport, public spaces, schools, culture and city services. Not imaginary case studies.
ÚSTÍ NAD LABEM · PRIMARY × SECONDARY × UJEP × CITY
Real challenges. Your own ideas. Teams across schools. REPRAC+ connects young people, the city, the university and businesses to turn good ideas into action.
01 / WHAT IS REPRAC+
We believe the best way to learn project management is to actually deliver a project.
REPRAC+ stands for Regional Project Academy. It connects primary and secondary schools, UJEP, the city and partners. Together we develop practical skills and turn the city's real needs into projects with tangible results.
How a city project is created ↗Transport, public spaces, schools, culture and city services. Not imaginary case studies.
Primary school pupils, secondary students and UJEP students bring different perspectives and learn from each other.
The commissioning partner receives an output that can become the basis for real change.
02 / ONE PATH, DIFFERENT ROLES
Each age group has its own responsibilities. Together, they form one project team.
DISCOVER & PROPOSE
Pupil councils identify problems at school and in their surroundings. They learn to develop ideas and advocate change.
CREATE & DELIVER
Student teams research issues, develop solutions and learn to communicate, plan and present results.
LEAD & CONNECT
University students lead teams, coordinate work, meet commissioning partners and take responsibility for project outputs.
03 / PROGRAMMES & OPPORTUNITIES
From one-day events to a year-long project league. Choose the format that fits you or your school.
YEAR-LONG PROGRAMME
A marketplace of real city and business challenges. Choose a topic, build a team, get a mentor, present your results and have a chance to earn recognition.
1 DAY
An intensive day when teams generate ideas for specific challenges and present their proposed solutions.
1–4 WEEKS
Two to four schools collaborate on a local project, share experiences and learn from each other.
3 MODULES
Problem → Project → Impact. Practical foundations of project thinking for pupils, students and teachers.
8–12 WEEKS
Semester projects where primary, secondary and UJEP teams tackle real briefs from the city or partner organisations.
TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Industry experts, companies, internships, skills passports and pathways to ICUK talent initiatives, including TEAM ALFA.

05 / FROM IDEA TO IMPACT
Every project has a clear commissioning partner, a team and a mentor. Results don't disappear after the presentation—they may be added to the city's project portfolio.
I want to take part ↗The city, a school or another partner identifies a specific problem.
Pupils, students, a coordinator and a mentor join forces.
The team produces a plan, research, proposal, prototype or pilot solution.
The team presents the outcome to the commissioning partner; validated results may enter the city's portfolio.
06 / YOUR DEVELOPMENT
A proposed pathway from the first idea to leading projects. Certification is part of the planned future development of REPRAC+.
Participation, an idea and a basic project plan
Teamwork and a partial deliverable
Leading a team and measurable impact
Repeated project leadership and mentoring
Strategic management of the project portfolio
Levels, awards and any future link to an MBA are proposals in the concept, not a currently guaranteed course or certification offer.
07 / OUR JOURNEY
Long-term concept for 2026–2030: gradually building a system connecting schools, projects, experts and opportunities.
First city briefs and involvement of schools, mentors and REPRAC+ teams.
Coordinator training, first Project League and a wider partner network.
Digital portfolio, standards, certification and annual reporting.
Businesses, internships, talent pathways and international projects.
A sustainable Regional Project Academy and sharing the model with others.
The timeline is a plan from the project concept; milestones depend on approvals, capacity and funding.
08 / BETTER TOGETHER
REPRAC+ brings together education, local government and innovation. Its strength is collaboration, not isolated projects.
These stakeholders are listed in the REPRAC+ concept; specific institutional roles and commitments will be clarified during implementation.
09 / QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
